Mt Sheridan Plaza is a neighbourhood shopping centre located approximately 10 kilometres south of Cairns CBD.

The centre is situated on a 33,060sqm site bounded by Barnard Drive, Foster Road and the Bruce Highway. The centre comprises a fully enclosed single level building with Coles supermarket at the northern end and an internal mall lined with specialties in a southerly direction.

Also on site is a freestanding hotel and drive through bottle shop, and a further four freestanding tenancies.

The southern carpark adjoins a further 33,560sqm of vacant land earmarked for centre expansion.
